Dashboard Live: turn every Adventure into a real-time spectacle
There is a moment in every event when everyone wants to know the same thing: Who is leading? What just happened? How much time is left? AdventuriQ’s new Dashboard Live brings those answers to the big screen while Players keep playing on their devices.
It does not change how the Adventure is played. It changes how the room experiences it.

The Adventure no longer happens only on mobile screens
While each Player moves through Missions and completes Challenges, Dashboard Live turns their progress into a shared story: positions change, new activity appears, Teams advance, Digital Objects are delivered and a countdown can make the final minutes the focus of the entire room.
The Game Master or Game Designer opens the panel from the Gamifier and projects it. Players continue playing the Adventure normally through the Webapp. The panel updates automatically —every 30 seconds by default— without requiring anyone to run the game step by step.
It is not another game mode
Dashboard Live is not Arena Mode and does not turn the Adventure into a host-led game. You do not need to activate Live Mode, create a session or interrupt the game to display results.
It is a read-only visual scoreboard that accompanies any Adventure, whether published or in Draft, while it is played in classic mode. The structure remains the same: Adventure → Mission → Challenge. What changes is that the whole room can watch that structure come alive.

A dashboard that tells the story of what is happening
Dashboard Live goes beyond ranking a list of names. It brings together different signals so participants and spectators can understand the state of the Adventure at a glance:
- Overall leaderboard: avatar, name, completed Challenges and points for the highest-ranked Players. When the number one position changes, the panel celebrates with confetti.
- Live activity: who has just completed a Challenge, which Challenge it was and how many points they earned.
- Mission leaderboards: the top five Players in each part of the Adventure.
- Team standings: progress percentage, combined points and number of players.
- Challenge thermometer: identifies the star Challenge —the most played— and the tough Challenge —the one with the lowest success rate—.
- Digital Objects: shows how many units of each Object have been delivered and lets you switch between grid and list views.
- Active Players: shows how many have been active recently compared with the total.
- QR code and GamePIN: lets late arrivals join the Adventure directly from the projected screen.

Data can now become part of the spectacle
A hidden leaderboard is useful for analysis. A projected leaderboard can also create anticipation, recognise progress and start conversations throughout the event.
During a team-building activity, Teams can follow every change in position. In a training session, the activity feed shows which parts are currently engaging the group. During a tourism experience or brand activation, spectators can see that the Adventure is still alive even when Players are exploring different locations.
The panel does not replace detailed metrics or the Logbook. Its purpose is different: to turn operational information into a shared visual experience.
The countdown changes the pace, not the rules
The timer is optional. You can set days, hours, minutes and seconds, then pause, resume, restart or immediately set it to zero. During the final minute it turns red, and a gong sounds when time runs out.
Reaching zero does not close the Adventure or block Players. It is an event tool: use it to define a round, focus attention or create a visible finish without changing the game.

From preparation to live projection without surprises
Dashboard Live is available from every Adventure page. If the Adventure is still a Draft, the panel continues to work and shows that label in its header. You can rehearse the projection, adjust the number of visible positions, check readability and prepare the countdown before publishing.
Each projection device stores its own settings:
- between 3 and 50 Players on the leaderboard;
- automatic refresh between 10 and 300 seconds;
- countdown shown or hidden;
- interface in Spanish, English, Catalan or French.

Where can it make a difference?
- Events and team building: a central screen that brings the group together while each Player advances on their mobile.
- Training and onboarding: shared visibility of progress without interrupting the activity.
- Tourism and guided experiences: a visual view of an Adventure distributed across a venue or territory.
- Brand activations: a focal point for participants, companions and spectators.
- Rehearsals and testing: review the panel while the Adventure is still a Draft.
How to open it
- Open the Adventure in the Gamifier.
- Select Dashboard Live.
- If this is the first time on that device, sign in with your Game Master or Game Designer account.
- Project the tab on a large screen.
From that point, the panel refreshes itself. You decide whether to monitor it, make it the centre of the event or let the audience discover every change.
